      Actions Dashboard

      The Actions dashboard is designed to help users understand the status of outstanding actions arising from their completed risk assessments. Use this dashboard to monitor and manage proactive completion of actions in accordance with risk ratings.

      1. Select Actions from the Dashboard menu

      2. Filter By Owner machines or select all to view ALL machines

      3. The Actions by Status Chart is a breakdown by status type including completed, overdue, pending, not required.

      4. The Actions by Risk Rating Chart is a breakdown by risk rating including critical, high, medium, and low.

      5. View on Actions screen will take you to the Actions page. Export results will download a CSV file to examine in more detail.

      6. The Action Summary chart displays outstanding actions for the Membership/Owners according to risk rating

      7. The Action History chart displays the last 12 months action history. The columns represent actions completed, overlaid by a chart showing actions created/identified via the risk assessment process.
