1. To add a machine specific document, click on the Library icon next to the relevant machine

2. Click Add Document
|
3. Select the document type from the drop down menu
|
4. Click Add New File
|
5. Once the document has uploaded, click save & close
|
6. The document has now been added to your machine's library. To view it again, click the Library icon
|
7. Click MACHINE 3
|
8. Expand the Machine documents and you will find the document listed and available to download. This document will now be available to anyone who has access to this machine.

Add all of your machine's documents to the Library such as condition reports, insurances, photos, registration papers and service/maintenance records so that they are always available to anyone with access to your machine.
These documents, in addition to all risk assessment surveys and pre-start reports conducted within Plant Assessor are included when sharing the machine profile, unless public profiles have been enabled.
