      Approving/Rejecting Machines

      When a machine is supplied for pre-qualification, you are given the opportunity to review a machine's documentation before it arrives on site, which in turn means you only approve the machines that are fit for the job.

      2. To review a machine, select Approve/Reject Machine

      3. Any supplied documents that have not yet been reviewed are listed to the right. Click on each document to view, approve or reject.

      4. Once you are satisfied with the documentation supplied, you can tick approve and save.

      5. To reject a machine, again click Approve/Reject Machine

      6. Click REJECT

      7. You must add a reason for rejection.

      8. Click SAVE COMMENT and Save.

      9. The machine owner will be notified of the rejected status.
