      Assessment Dashboard

      The assessment dashboard is available to all Term Commit memberships and allows users to obtain a snapshot of risk assessment activity and status.

      1. The Assessments dashboard allows users to obtain a snapshot of the status of risk assessment activity. It is designed to help users understand the effectiveness of their risk assessment plans for their fleet.

      2. The filters allow you to report on ALL machines or only machines allocated to an owner(s).

      3. The Assessment Schedule Status Chart reviews the status of your entire fleet and whether your machines are part of your assessment schedule.

      4. The Machine Status Chart gives a status breakdown of machine assessments. You can filter data on each chart by using the select/deselect function (click graph sections) to examine in more detail.

      5. View on Home Screen & Export Machines: Once you have filtered your data, you can go straight to the home screen and work on those machines, or export to excel for further manipulation.

      6. The Fleet Status by owner chart drills down fleet assessment status by owner

      7. The Assessments 12 month history chart displays the assessments created and completed in the last 12 months. It highlights the time lag between creation and completion of assessments.

      8. Important note: Data is based upon the most recent and complete assessments. Incomplete assessments are not shown.
