1. The first step is to click on Action Filters

2. Here you can filter by the action status, the risk rating, the assignee, the action category or by date range. In this instance we will filter by action category.

3. To manage all actions that require new Safety Labels, select the Safety Label category.

4. Click Select all
|
5. On the Operations menu, select Order Safety Labels
|
6. This will bring you straight to the Safety Labels shop where your cart is already updated with all required labels. Simply click checkout to place your order.

7. Back in Plant Assessor, you can now mark these actions as Completed. Select the Mark As Completed in the Bulk Updates menu.

8. Click Mark as completed
|
9. All Safety Label actions have now been updated as completed.

Bulk Action Management
Using the action filters allows you to make changes to multiple actions at one time. Assign multiple actions to an employee, update the status of all completed actions, or easily order all required safety labels at once.
