      Premium Pre-Starts - Dashboards and reporting

      The Premium Pre Start dashboard allows you to get an overview of your Premium Pre Start machines, and their statuses, over the past 24 hours.

      1. To view the Premium Pre Start dashboard, click the Dashboards menu and select Pre Starts

      2. The Pre Starts Completed chart will show the total number of machines in your membership that have Premium Pre Starts enabled. It will also show you the number of them that have had a pre start completed in the past 24 hours.

      3. The Pre Start Issues chart will show you a comparison between critical issues and non-critical issues found on the machines where pre starts were performed.

      4. You can use the Export button download a CSV file about these machines, including whether they've had a pre start completed in the past 24 hours, and the number of issues and issue types found.

      5. The Pre Start Issues Summary chart will show you the number of critical issues and non critical issues found. In addition, each bar will also show you the number of those issues that had work orders created against them.
