| 1. For issues found when performing a Premium Pre Start, if further work is required then you can convert this issue into a Work Order. Click on the Pre Start icon to open the report. |
| 2. On the Machine Site / Email Report tab, click Manage Issues |
| 3. Click Create Work Order next to the issue you'd like to assign for action. |
| 4. Select a Due Date for the work order to be completed by. |
| 5. Select the user you would like to assign the Work Order to. |
| 6. If applicable, enter in a cost and the time the job is expected to take. |
| 7. Once finished click Save and Send Email to notify the user. |
| 8. The saved details are now under Work Orders |
| 9. To mark an issue as complete, simply tick the complete checkbox. |
| 10. And once finished click Save |

For issues found when performing a Premium Pre Start, you can convert this issue into a Work Order to manage this issue through to completion, such as setting due date, assigning the work order to users and sending email notifications.
