How to setup public machine profiles

For the purposes of sale or hire, when sharing a machine profile setting up public profiles allows you to restrict machine document access to just assessment and service history.

This feature requires you to have Owners setup. For more information about the benefits of Owners  and how to set them up, click here

1. Setting up public machine profiles first requires you to have Owners setup. For more information on Owners, click here

2. From the account menu, click Manage Owners

3. Click Edit next to the owner of the machines you would like to setup public profiles.

4. Tick the Public Machine Profiles checkbox

5. Click Save & Close

6. To share the public Machine Profile, on the machines page, click the ellipsis icon next to the machine and select Share Profile

7. Copy the public sharing link only. This link will only give access to assessments, pre-start reports and service history.
