      Removing a machine

      Dynamic fleets are always changing, therefore the Plant Assessor home screen includes a simple function to remove a machine from your membership.

      1. The first step is to open Plant Assessor and click highlight

      2. To remove a machine that is Free or Plus level, click the ellipsis menu and click Remove/Transfer.

      3. For Edge machines, you will first need to downgrade the machine before you can transfer.

      4. Tick the checkbox next to the machine and click Downgrade Machines from the Operations menu

      5. Click FREE. Please note, that downgrading removes access to all upper level features, so any machine documents or assessment history will no longer be accessible for this machine.

      6. Edge is a 12 month minimum commitment, so there may be an outstanding payment when downgrading. You must agree to the tail payment to proceed. 

      Click Save and close.

      7. The machine's icon has now changed to green (Free). To remove the machine, click Remove/Transfer

      8. Select the removal reason from the drop down menu.

      9. Enter any Further Details and click save. 

      The machine will now be removed from your fleet list.
