| 1. To schedule a risk assessment, first select the relevant Machine by ticking the check box to the left. |
| 2. Click Operations |
| 3. Click Schedule Assessments |
| 4. Select the assessment purpose and the scheduled date. You will also need to select who will be in charge of the assessment as well as the state it will be conducted in. |
| 5. To schedule multiple assessments, simply tick multiple machines and select the Operations menu |
| 6. Here you'll be able to schedule a single date for all the selected machine's assessments |
| 7. To edit an assessment date or another way to schedule an assessment is to click 'Edit Machine' in the ellipsis menu next to a machine. |
| 8. Expand the Next Assessment Details |
| 9. And update the date to be assessed on |
| 10. That's it. You've scheduled the next assessment. Click Save & Close |

Scheduling Risk Assessments
Stay on top of your assessments by scheduling dates into Plant Assessor. Scheduling gives you access to the Assessment Dashboard where you will have an overview of upcoming assessments as well as be notified of any that are overdue.
