1. Service intervals are scheduled by default at 10,000kms or 250 hours. To setup your machine for service interval notifications, double click the machine to open the Machine Details.

2. Expand the Service details menu and enter in your current Odometer (km) reading or Hour Meter (h). Click Save and close.

3. Back on the Machines page, you will be notified of a machine's service status with three icons. Red = Service overdue Green = Service up to date Orange = Service pending

4. To record a service as completed, double click the machine to open the Machine Details

5. Click Record Service
|
6. Update the Service Details
|
7. Click Add New File to upload relevant documents such as the service report, photos or receipts.

8. Add Service Notes and Save.
|
9. Your service has now been recorded and the icon will change to green on the Machines page. Once finished click close

Setting service intervals
A regular service schedule keeps your machinery/equipment running at peak performance. Plant Assessor recommends service intervals align with manufacturers requirements - every 250hrs or 10,000kms, which ever is applicable to your machine.
