Setting up Site Requirements

Site requirements allow you to define which documents a machine owner must supply as part of the pre-qualification process. Having all documentation supplied and approved before arrival on site helps to ensures there are no surprises at the gate.

1. During the Site Setup or by clicking Edit on the Sites page, you can specify which documents you require a Machine Owner to supply as part of the pre-qualification process. 

You will be able to review and approve or reject each document.

2. Select Machine Assessment documents if Risk Assessments are required.

3. The Machine category allows you to specify any additional relevant machinery documents.

4. Select Machine Type if you require Machine Owners to supply a SWMS.

5. Membership documents relate to any company documents that also required. 

Step 5 image

6. Now, when a machine is supplied for pre-qualification to your Site, the machine owner is notified as to which documents they need to supply.
