1. During the Site Setup or by clicking Edit on the Sites page, you can specify which documents you require a Machine Owner to supply as part of the pre-qualification process. You will be able to review and approve or reject each document. |
2. Select Machine Assessment documents if Risk Assessments are required. |
3. The Machine category allows you to specify any additional relevant machinery documents. |
4. Select Machine Type if you require Machine Owners to supply a SWMS. |
5. Membership documents relate to any company documents that also required. |
6. Now, when a machine is supplied for pre-qualification to your Site, the machine owner is notified as to which documents they need to supply. |

Setting up Site Requirements
Site requirements allow you to define which documents a machine owner must supply as part of the pre-qualification process. Having all documentation supplied and approved before arrival on site helps to ensures there are no surprises at the gate.
