1. On the Sites page, click Add New Site

2. Add in a Site Name
|
3. Ticking Site Approval Number allows you to record an approval number against each machine supplied to your Site. The approval expiry helps to identify machines that are coming up for renewal so you can schedule them in for review in advance.

4. Add in how long you'd like the Site approval to be valid for.
|
5. If the Site requires supplied machines to go through pre-qualification, we suggest setting your site status as Connections / Approve. If the Site is just for internal use select Internal.

6. Add in Site Contact details. This will be the available contact for all Supplied Machine owners.
|
7. The next step is Sponsoring Machines. Sponsoring a machine means you take on the Plant Assessor monthly payment of the machine once it is supplied to your site. The amount will be automatically added to your monthly invoice.
|
8. You can select when your Sponsorship begins and ends. The machine owner will be notified by email of the Sponsorship once they supply their machine.
|
9. By default, the Site will be setup as No Sponsorship.
|
10. On the Contact Docs tab, you can specify which documents you will require a Machine Owner to supply as part of the pre-qualification process. You will be able to review and approve or
|
11. Select Machine Assessment documents if Risk Assessments are required.
|
12. The Machine category allows you to specify any additional relevant machinery documents.
|
13. Select Machine Type if you require Machine Owners to supply a SWM.
|
14. Membership documents relate to any company documents that also required.
|
15. Site Owner docs are where you can add documents that you would like the Machine Owner to have access to. These can include documents such as site policies or emergency evacuation plans.

16. Site reporting is an additional feature that allows you to have a detailed and dynamic Site report with live statistics. If you are interested in turning Site Reporting on, please contact our Support team on 1300 728 852.

17. That's it. You're done.

18. Your Site is now setup and machines can now be supplied to Site.

Setting up Sites
By setting up sites, you can speed up the onboarding and pre-qualification process as well as have immediate insight into the status of all machines on the job.
