Setting up Site Approval numbers

Some Site owners restrict access to a specific time period, so that machines can be re-assessed. Site approval numbers are stored against each machine with an expiry date, allowing the site owner to identify machines that are coming up for renewal.

1. The first step is to click My Account

2. On the Company Details tab, tick the Site Approval Number checkbox. Then click Save and close.

3. Next on the Sites page, click the ellipsis menu and select Edit Site

4. On the Site Details tab, tick the Site Approval Number checkbox

5. Enter the number of months of validity for the Site Approval Numbers assigned

6. Click Save and close

7. Your site setup is now complete. You will now be able to assign an approval number to all new machines supplied for pre-qualification to this site.

8. Once a machine has been supplied to your site for Pre-qualification and you have reviewed and approved all required documentation, click on the ellipsis menu and select Approve/Reject machine

9. Here you can enter in the Site Approval Number for the machine.

10. Click APPROVE

11. The Approval Expiry will automatically default to the number of months set in the site setup.

13. The machine has now been approved for pre-qualification and can be moved onto Site. Once it has been supplied to Site, you will be able to view the Site Approval number by opening the Machine Details, and viewing the Site History on the History tab.
