      Sponsoring machines

      A site owner may opt to pay the costs associated with Plant Assessor use for the machines that a machine owner supplies to site. Sponsorships can be manually setup or automatically applied to all machines supplied.

      1. To setup sponsorships, you can start by creating a new site or double clicking an existing site.

      2. Once on the Sponsoring Machines tab, you can specify the type of sponsorship. Sponsoring means you take on the monthly payment of machines supplied to your site. The amount will be automatically added to your monthly invoice.

      3. Manually sponsoring means you can specify which machines to sponsor. Automatic sponsorship will apply to ALL machines supplied to your site.

      4. Setting up your Sponsorship requires you to add a date that the sponsorship ends. You can also specify when the sponsorship will commence. The machine owner will be notified by email of the Sponsorship once they supply their machine.

      5. You can view all sponsored charges in your Account on the Usage tab.
