Supplying documents for pre-qualification

A Site owner can set site default documents that a Connection must provide in order to be approved for Site. Once you have uploaded the appropriate documents, the Site Owner is then able to reject or approve them.

1. To identify which documents are required for your supplied machines click on Machines for Pre-qualification

2. With your mouse, hover over the Library icon. This will bring up all of the required site documents for your machine.

3. Documents that are already in your library will have a green tick and a link to the file.

4. Documents that have not yet been supplied will have a red cross. To Add this document click on the green plus sign.

5. Click Add New File

6. Once you've uploaded the relevant file, click Save and Close

7. You will now see a green tick next to the document.

8. Documents that have been approved by the Site Owner will show a green thumbs up. Documents still awaiting approval will show an orange wheel.

9. Once you have uploaded all required documents, the library button will update to an orange pending wheel until the Site Owner has approved all documents. 

Once they have all been approved, a green tick icon will appear.
