      Viewing risk assessment answers

      For more detailed insight into a report outcome, you can view all assessment questions and answers that the assessor would have entered at the time of inspection.

      1. Sometimes more context is needed in regards to certain outcomes in a risk assessment report. To view the questions and answers that the assessor would have entered at the time of inspection, first click on the report button.

      2. Click Survey Answers

      3. Here you will find the assessment survey that the assessor would have answered at the time of the assessment.

      4. You will also have visibility into the questions that were marked as 'N/A'.

      5. And you can see the context in which each question was asked.
